Fight Rhythm

E-commerce, fight gear

An online store where the buying journey mattered as much as the storefront.

The Fight Rhythm website.

Scope

  • Brand
  • Logo design
  • Website
  • E-commerce
  • Cart recovery
  • Automations
  • Analytics
  • Remarketing tags

The brief

Fight Rhythm were launching their first online store, into a specific niche, with detailed requirements. Their own marketing was already working, so the store did not need to find an audience. It needed to serve one.

From the start the emphasis was on the systems behind the shop as much as the shop itself, including analytics through Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.

What we built

The store is built on a five page core layout, with variations for product specific pages. Each product page carries upsells and cross-sells alongside the item itself.

A cart abandonment recovery flow reminds people about items they left behind, and can send a discount or promotional content to eligible customers where that is appropriate.

Behind it, a connected system moves information between the CRM, audience and marketing platforms, with SendGrid handling transactional email so receipts and notifications are not lost or bounced.

A customised Google Tag Manager setup tracks specific visitor actions and feeds them to Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Pixel, so remarketing can be built from real behaviour rather than guesswork.

In the hand

Most of this store is browsed on a phone, so the product pages and the cart were built for that first.
