Our story

We built the agency
we wanted to hire.

Superduper Co is part of the Leftright Corporate group. We have built and run our own businesses in different industries, and almost everything we know about digital growth came from doing it for ourselves first.

Why we exist

There is a gap between
expensive and cheap.

Most businesses looking for digital help end up choosing between two unsatisfying options. Traditional agencies price the work as though every project needs a full account team behind it. At the other end, template shops sell something that looks finished but was never built around the business it belongs to.

We have been the client in both of those conversations. Across our own companies we worked with a number of agencies, and too often the promise was larger than the delivery. Eventually it seemed more sensible to build the thing we kept wishing we could hire.

So Superduper sits in between. Clear scope, pricing you can see the shape of, and work that gets judged on whether it made a useful difference to the business.

The operator perspective

We have sat on your side of the table.

We have built and run businesses in different industries, and we learned most of it the hard way. That is the only reason we can be useful about it now. When we look at a website, a campaign or a workflow, we are looking at it the way an owner does.

In practice, we assume:

  • Budget is finite, and every line of it has to earn its place.
  • Timelines matter, because the business is waiting on the work.
  • Your team is already busy. A new system should not quietly add to their day.
  • A lead is only useful if there is somewhere sensible for it to go.
  • Reporting exists to support a decision, not to fill a slide.
  • Technology should remove friction. If it adds friction, it is the wrong technology.
What we believe

Four principles that
shape the work.

Not values for the wall. Just principles that shape how we work.

01

Clarity over theatre

You should understand what is being built, why it matters and what it costs. If an explanation needs jargon to sound impressive, it is not a good explanation.

02

Commercial outcomes over activity

Traffic, impressions and posts are not results. The question we keep coming back to is whether the work moved something that matters to the business.

03

Systems over isolated tactics

A website, a search strategy, a campaign and an automation are worth more when they are aware of each other than when they are bought separately.

04

Human judgement stays involved

Software is good at repetition. It is not good at noticing when something is off. People stay in the loop for the parts that need a person.

Go digital, stay human

The technology is
not the point.

Digital work earns its keep when it helps a person do something specific. Automation earns its keep when it takes repetitive work off your team. It stops earning its keep the moment your business starts sounding like a machine.

The job is to help someone:

  • Find you when they are actually looking.
  • Understand what you do without having to work at it.
  • Get in touch on the channel that suits them.
  • Receive a useful answer rather than an acknowledgement.
  • Finish whatever they came to do.
How we work together

A working relationship,
not a handover.

You should never have to ask what is happening, or wonder what you are paying for.

01

Understand

We start with the business and the goal, not with a package we already wanted to sell.

02

Prioritise

We agree what will make the most useful difference first, and what can honestly wait.

03

Build

Agreed scope, agreed responsibilities, and a clear view of the work while it is happening.

04

Review

We look at what the work actually did, then decide together what comes next.
