Less busywork.
More business.
AI assistants and connected workflows that answer, qualify, organise and follow up. We build the useful stuff, not just the slide deck.
Built around your tools. With people in control.
do the work.
What would you like
off your plate?
Pick a problem worth solving. We scope, build, connect and test the solution with your team.
AI Customer Service Assistant
A website assistant trained on your approved pages and documents. It answers the FAQs you sign off, captures lead details, and hands over to a person when a question is outside what it should answer.
Website + docs → answer → human handoff
AI Lead Qualification & Follow-Up
Capture an enquiry, ask the qualification questions you agree, record the answers, route the lead, and trigger the follow-up you have approved.
Enquiry → qualify → CRM → follow-up
AI Email & Inbox Automation
Categorise incoming enquiries, pull out the details that matter, draft a reply for review, and route each task to the right person.
Email → classify → draft → route
AI Document Processing
Read invoices, forms and PDFs. Extract and classify the fields you name, flag the exceptions for a human, and enter the approved data into your system.
PDF or form → extract → review → system
Internal AI Knowledge Assistant
Let your team ask questions against approved SOPs, policies and manuals, with the source shown alongside the answer and access controls you define.
Team question → approved docs → sourced answer
AI Workflow Automation
Connect the tools you already run, move data between them and automate the repetitive steps, with clear rules for approvals, exceptions and alerts.
Trigger → connected apps → action → alert
Not sure where to start? Let us map one repetitive process together.
From “hello” to a
helpful next step.
A lead should not disappear between the form, the inbox and the follow-up.
Capture
An enquiry arrives from your website.
Qualify
Agreed questions collect the context your team needs.
Connect
Create or update the right record and route it.
Follow up
Trigger the approved message, or hand it to a person.
Start small. Connect more
when it makes sense.
Your proposal separates the build fee, any third-party software costs and optional ongoing care.
One useful workflow
A defined first implementation, built around one repetitive business problem.
Fixed-scope build
A connected system
For a workflow that crosses several steps, people or systems.
Scoped implementation
Ongoing care
Support and improvements for a live automation as your business and tools change.
Optional, scoped separately
Every workflow is scoped around the actual systems, access, exceptions and level of human review required. We agree the implementation and the fee before we build. No made-up “AI transformation” package.
We do the building.
You stay in the loop.
Nothing goes live that your team has not seen working.
Find the right task
Map the current process, the exceptions and how you would know it worked. Sometimes the answer is that it should not be automated.
Build and connect
Configure the assistant, the rules and the agreed integrations, within the access you have approved.
Test with your team
Run real scenarios and edge cases. Check the approvals and the fallbacks behave as agreed.
Launch and hand over
Document what it does, who owns it, and what happens when it needs attention.
Automate the task.
Not your judgement.
Useful automation needs boundaries. We agree what it can do, what it can reach and when a person takes over. No system is perfect, so the interesting design question is what happens when it is unsure.
Practical questions.
Straight answers.
Where should we start?+
With a task that repeats often, takes meaningful team time and has clear rules. We will help you look at the inputs, the exceptions and whether it is worth automating at all before anyone commits to a build.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?+
Usually not. The first question is whether what you already run can be connected safely and practically. Replacing a working system is a bigger decision than automating around it, and we would rather not start there.
What happens when the AI is unsure?+
That behaviour is part of the scope rather than an afterthought. We agree where it should say it does not know, where it should escalate to a person, and what the fallback is. An assistant that guesses confidently is worse than one that hands over.
Can it use our existing documents?+
It can work from sources you approve and give it access to, such as published pages, SOPs or manuals. Which documents are in scope, who can reach them and how they are kept current are all agreed during scoping rather than assumed.
How is pricing worked out?+
From the complexity of the workflow, the integrations involved, the access required, how exceptions are handled, how much testing it needs and whether you want ongoing care. We scope it and put the fee in writing before building.
What happens after launch?+
You get documentation of what the workflow does, who owns it and what to do when it needs attention. Ongoing care is available and scoped separately rather than assumed.

manual, become simpler, or be automated.
